Built-to-Order National Laboratory Lifts

Alum-a-Lift systems are engineered and built to your exact specifications, so you get a lift that works perfectly for you and your operators. Custom end-effectors take size, material, environment, and product into account.

Our dedicated engineers identify and address challenges such as confined spaces, electrostatic discharge (ESD) concerns, narrow aisles, overhead obstacles, grated flooring, push/pull forces, and more.

Lifts for National Laboratories we’ve build can:

Handle optics through manufacture and test with dynamic fixturing

Offer precise positioning and installation of specialized electronic assemblies with multiple degree-of-freedom manipulators

Include clamping systems for raising and rotating large cylindrical chambers

Remove centrifuge lifts with a permanent installation

Support optical testing with articulate arms

Load bins, baskets, totes, and trays into environmental chambers, anechoic chambers, vibe stations, thermal chambers, and ovens using roller decks, fork sets, or other simple end-effectors
