Our highly skilled engineers listened to their needs to get the exact specifications for the evaluation of their project before designing this tote dumper lift using a combination of our proven components and customized end-effectors for their application.

Since there was no access to the lower edge of the totes, the ribs/side structure were used with a fixed width machined fork set to access the load. Tough and resilient acetal guide rails with high tensile strength and long-term resistance to wear were used to secure the tote and a manual rotation module was included for 360° dumping. The forks also have a removable funnel to direct the contents of the tote during the dumping procedure to make this a complete process solution.
