This lift was designed for a leader in lithium-ion battery manufacturing that needed a custom material handling solution to load cumbersome rolls of substrate into a coating machine and transferred to storage.  Alum-a-Lifts are naturally corrosion resistant and do not have hydraulic or other fluids that can leak which makes this all-electric drivetrain solution a great fit for projects where cleanliness is a priority. Also included, embedded rollers for easy loading, a tilt-up obstacle encounter to safeguard against property damage and a flip up end stop to prevent the roll from sliding off during transportation. This design has the additional bonus of a docking system that interfaces with their storage carts.
