Engineered Solar Lifts
Alum-a-Lift is pleased to provide engineered material handling solutions to the solar, power, and energy industries.
The standard chassis offers proven lifting power and allows for heavier and dynamic side loads. Our end-effectors provide precise manipulation designed specifically for the object you need to handle. Rotation and translation about all axes are available.
Plus, every lift undergoes rigorous factory testing and extensive QC inspections to ensure it can withstand the rigors of your industry.
Solar Panel Lift Systems and Other Energy Lifts
All Alum-a-Lifts are optimized for your equipment, environment, and process. Our engineers minimize system weight and address narrow aisles, electrostatic discharge (ESD) concerns, overhead obstacles, grated flooring, and other challenges.
Alum-a-Lift can configure work positioners, allowing unencumbered access to all sides of a component. Adaptors can be designed to integrate a system with your existing fixturing. Complete, turnkey handling systems and handling devices are also available. Often a single lift can replace multiple overhead hoists or stationary balancers.
We offer a wide variety of lifts for the solar, power, and energy industries. Alum-a-Lifts can:
Vacuum Systems Available
Portable vacuum systems are often employed for panels, glass, sheets, quartz ware, or other smooth components. These can be run from your existing compressed air supply, or with an on-board vacuum generator.
