Details
Moving casino slot machines, weighing up to 600 lbs. [272 kgs.], off the gaming floor requires equipment that can support high-value cabinets, protect finished surfaces, and keep the load stable during transport. Project 36375 is a custom Alum‑a‑Lift designed with a force limiting clamp and forks for handling gaming cabinets as they are moved from the casino floor to another destination for service, replacement, or relocation.
The clamp and forks allow operators to accommodate different cabinet sizes and engage the machine securely from below without relying on manual lifting or improvised handling. An anti‑tip fixture adds stability during pickup, travel, and set‑down, helping reduce the risk of the cabinet shifting or tipping while moving through active floor environments, service corridors, or staging areas.
Tilt module compensation helps keep the gaming cabinet controlled and properly oriented as the lift moves or adjusts position, supporting smoother handling of tall, top-heavy enclosures. By combining clamp and forks, anti‑tip support, and tilt compensation, this gaming cabinet handling lift improves safety, reduces manual strain, and gives operators a more repeatable way to move slot machines and similar electronic cabinets. The same approach can be adapted for casinos, gaming manufacturers, vending equipment, kiosks, and other high-value cabinet-style products that need stable, damage-conscious transport.
