This cart and lift combination was specifically engineered to transport strapping rolls and position them horizontally onto a dispenser. The powered core gripper is capable of lifting rolls from the cart (or pallet) by seizing the center core and rotating the rolls 90 degrees for placement onto the dispenser. Neoprene Liners provide insulation, cushioning, and safeguard against impacts and abrasions.

Alum-a-Lift developed a cart designed to accommodate a roll of strapping with two positions, enabling the operator to place the roll on either side of the cart based on the pay off direction. Slip up retainers are positioned on both sides for secure transportation. A single operator can execute the entire process without physically handling the rolls.
