Our Optics Handling Lift is engineered for precise, safe rotation of delicate optics and assemblies. The two-stage rotation system allows for both powered front-to-back and manual side-to-side movement, making it easy to position components exactly where needed.

An interface plate connects to a variable-speed powered 90° rotation module. The pivot point positioned near the assembly’s natural axis provides precise control during installation. A manual rotation module with locking positions at 90° intervals allows seamless transitions between shipping and installation orientations. Safety is always first, and the lifting carriage has that covered.

The vertically traveling lifting carriage features an overload and obstacle detection system. This prevents accidental misuse and ensures safe, reliable installation of optical components.
