Details

A manufacturer of tubular threading required a Class 1000 cleanroom lift to position vacuum chambers into a rinse tank with 48-inch high walls for the purpose of cleaning. Regular cleaning of these chambers is essential to eliminate contaminants that may disrupt the processes performed within them, as well as to prolong the lifespan of the equipment by reducing the accumulation of residues and particles that could interfere with the vacuum operation.

This Alum-a-Lift is designed with removable fork arms that feature customized mounting hole patterns to accommodate each chamber and allow for easy removal and storage. With a reach of 36 inches, operators can accurately position each chamber over the tank while avoiding plumbing and air systems located in front. The lift’s legs are designed to be shorter to accommodate the limited clearance beneath the tank, and counter mass is incorporated to ensure stability and safety.
