Proper handling and installation of splines are essential for maintaining their long-term performance, safety and structural integrity.

Our spline handling lift is designed to make moving splines between storage spots and loading areas a breeze with a multi-cradle that can manage 5 splines simultaneously. The upper section includes lead-ins to assist with alignment during the picking process, and a mounting facet that ensures that the spline’s surface is parallel to the ground and features a neoprene layer to prevent slipping. Each spline is secured with retaining pins and latches that utilize a rotating plate and ball lock pin to keep the spline firmly in place. These latches are activated from the rear using a self-locking Destaco latch and includes a secondary ball lock pin is available if further security is required.

This Alum-a-Lift works in conjunction with project 34556 to ensure splines are secured, prepared for part loading and user-friendly for all operators.
