This Alum-a-Lift was designed for an Aerospace manufacturer that assembles large and complex wiring harnesses for aircrafts. These harnesses are crafted on very large boards that are difficult and cumbersome to handle and have to be transported through an elevator for subsequent processing. This ergonomic system tilts up and rotates 90 degrees enabling the boards to fit into the elevator and the operator to maneuver a bulky, heavy assembly.  The range of motion and functionality of this lift is exceptional. A secondary set of casters allows the lift to clear the elevator threshold.
