This Alum-a-Lift was made to service Remote Plasma Sources (RPS) used in the cleaning of chambers in the semiconductor industry. It features a telescoping boom with a hoist ring for installing chamber components. The boom can also swivel 10 degrees for flexibility in installation. This lift is rated for a ISO 5 (Class 100) Cleanroom and also conforms to CE and SEMI S2/S8 standards.
