This material handling device is used in the manufacturing of plastic packaging material in an ISO 8 (Class 100,000) Cleanroom environment. A roller boom fits inside the 6-inch core of the roll and features embedded rollers to reduce friction and allow for easy loading and unloading. A flip-up roll stop prevents rolls from sliding off the lift during transport. An adjustable back stop allows the operator to easily adjust the roller boom to be used with different sized rolls.
