Built for a market leading semiconductor supplier, this lift is designed to aid in the assembly of deposition, plasma etch, photoresist strip, and wafer cleaning process tools. Specialized gripper pads can be interchanged to handle different configurations and the adjustable width clamp arms can be set to handle a wide range of tool frame sizes. The ergonomic powered rotation allows the frame to be oriented for improved installation access. The resulting system was able to replace various fixed frames and overhead systems.
