This portable electric lift was configured to support a coating process in a semiconductor cleanroom. A load rated lifting ring and customer-specified lifting clevis make it a perfect match for the process-specific frames that must be extended in front of the lift and submerged into a chemical bath. Handwheels and self-locking screws enable linear adjustment in two horizontal directions. This ergonomic material handling equipment could be used to service components deep within a process tool, to load product fixtures into a test chamber, or any other task where a portable, compact device is needed.
