This Alum-a-Lift uses an onboard vacuum system to lift server assemblies for bagging, boxing, and palletization. The custom vacuum head avoids hole pattern present on the surface of the chassis. Alignment pins enable operators to easily, quickly, and repeatably position the cups in the optimal location. Better than a stationary system, this portable device can be used to transport components, serve multiple workstations, and easily support process changes.
