When removing rolls from a slitting machine, the rolls are often touching faces. This powered pusher features two position retract. In the first position the boom is only long enough to fully engage one roll. After lifting a roll, the second position exposes the docking tip. The docking tip is designed to mate with both ø3” and ø6” diameter shafts. The lift also features a dual direction traveling limit switch, which automatically stops the lift at approximately the right height to offload the roll.
