This Alum-a-Lift was designed to retrieve large, steel spools from a storage cart and rotate them for  loading into process equipment.  Its powered gripper engages the spool from the inside of its core. Plastic alignment pads ensure that the gripper is positioned properly when approaching a spool.  Push-button controls make spool rotation effortless.   This lift gave operators confidence to quickly and safely move the large, heavy spools.
