A filter manufacturer required a lift to assist with loading payoff stands with large diameter rolls of filter material and smaller rolls of wire support material. This lift’s dual prong design allows the lift to cradle the rolls, keeping the core clear for the payoff stand’s cantilevered shafts. The distance between the prongs can be adjusted using a handwheel to allow handling rolls of various diameters, including partial rolls. A powered drive wheel is included, and custom base geometry serves to minimize footprint and turning radius.
