This lift is used to load PVD sputtering targets into a tank for a sensitive coating process. A stainless steel platform is mounted to a special offset structure to clear the tank’s side wall. The platform’s perforated surface prevents liquid from collecting and minimizes turbulence of the tank as it enters and exits the tank. A secondary, removable boom with hoist ring also allows for larger objects to be handled and picked up from the ground. The quick exchange mounting structure allows either fixture to be installed quickly and without the need for tools.
