This lift is used to unbox rackmount electronics assemblies in the first step of a value-add sequence. Alum-a-Lift engineers field-measured a sample chassis and designed the lift’s toolless quick-connect fixture, allowing operators to pick the server chassis directly from its cardboard box ergonomically and without removing its plastic overwrap. Piece of mind is provided by a special load sensing interlock that prevents misuse by restricting the lifting action unless the fixture is securely attached.
