This lift supports a prominent aerospace company’s uncrating procedure. The lift features three quick exchange and indexable end effectors: two booms of different length and load rating and a low friction platform. Two index positions enable the lift to service a wide range of elevations without adding height or expensive telescoping stages to the lift. End effectors can be exchanged and storage is completely toolless. The integrated spring overload safety module automatically provides overload protection for the individual end effectors, enforcing a different load rating for each.
