Heavy rotary dies are used to place cookies and filling on a food assembly line. The dies must be periodically removed for changeover and cleaning, but are difficult to extract once filled with food product. This Alum-a-lift is configured to handle a variety of die sizes and includes an adjustable docking feature to mate with each food process machine for safe loading and unloading.
